CARRIER SERVICE COMPARISON

How to use CSC ?

All the user needs to do is input the desired loading and destination port and CSC does the rest of the work for you, enabling the user to instantly compare the service details of all the shipping lines linking the two ports designated by the user.

For example, a shipper or freight forwarder may wish to see which carriers are offering the fastest transit times from Yantian to New York, or carriers may wish to quickly compare how its service fares in comparison to its competitors.

Rather than spending unnecessary hours running around to find the answers to these questions, or logging into individual carrier websites one by one, CSC provides these answers in just four quick steps using wizard mode, or one easy step for simple mode.

For the full results subscribe now and view all services offered, complete with transit times, service rotations, arrival and departure times and more, for any port-pair combination listed in our database.

Simple Mode

Upon selecting simple mode on the CSC homepage, the user is then asked to select his loading and discharge ports.

Once he has selected these ports, for example Hong Kong to Long Beach, the user can instantly see which lines are providing services from Hong Kong to Long Beach as well as other essential details such as transit times, closing and estimated departure times, sailing frequency and arrival times, as well as the full service rotation and transshipment ports.

Wizard Mode

Step 1: After selecting wizard mode on the CSC homepage, the user is asked to input his loading port. In this example he will choose Yantian before clicking next.

Step 2: On the next screen the user is asked to select the destination port. In this case, it is New York. Now click next.

Step 3: The user now may select which carriers he want to compare. If he wants to compare all carriers, he will simply click on the next button as all carriers are automatically selected on this page. If he only wishes to compare a few, he will need to click on which carriers whose service details he does not wish to see before clicking next.

Step 4: The final step reviews the options selected by the user, for this example it shows: Loading Port- Yantian; Discharge Port- New York; Carriers Selected- All carriers.

After the final step, the user is presented with all the service details of the carriers serving Yantian to New York. The user is presented with all service details including, transit, closing and estimated departure times, sailing frequency and arrival times, as well as the full service rotation and transshipment ports.
