Regional Account Manager, Origin Cargo Management
Reporting to the VP, Origin Cargo Management, based in HK with geographical scope throughout the Asia Pacific region, the incumbent will be responsible for:

Acting as a major liaison person with major international account offices and local operations providers, both internal and external;

Working closely with destination offices to ensure SOPs are in place and reflecting the correct procedures, KPIs are reported and periodically reviewed;

Implementing, rolling out new customers and ensuring smoothness for all onboard arrangement;

Managing relationship with existing customers and exploring more business opportunities in Asia Pacific.
Requirements:

A minimum of 8 -10 years experience with a solid management level background in sea freight industry with emphasis on origin cargo management; VAS, consolidation and supply chain management;

Creative in solution design and process management from PO inception through to destination delivery;

A good team player with strong analytical and planning skills;

Fluent spoken and written English.
